Short on time but eager for a true safari experience? Our 2-Day Duiker Safari is designed for travelers who want to see the maximum number of animals in just two days. Explore Lake Manyara National Park with its lush forests, flamingo-filled shores, and diverse birdlife, then descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, home to Africa’s densest population of wildlife.

This is the perfect quick safari that balances comfort, adventure, and unforgettable encounters with Tanzania’s wild beauty.

Day 1 – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast in Arusha, meet your Planet Gogo safari guide and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. By mid-morning, you’ll be on your first game drive, spotting elephants, giraffes, hippos, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.
At lunchtime, enjoy a picnic at the Maji Moto hot springs, before continuing your adventure through the park. Evening transfer to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater

Set off early for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the crater and spend the day exploring this natural wonder, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” With luck, you may spot all members of the Big Five.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the lakeside before continuing your safari or heading back to Arusha in the late afternoon.
